Overview
Under limited direction, perform complex administrative and analytical functions requiring independent judgment and discretion to enhance the effectiveness of the Compliance Department and the organization.
- Responsible for hands-on management of the CAREline, a hotline available to Signature HealthCARE Stakeholders, residents, and families 24 / 7 / 365 to share ideas, concerns or compliments that is operated by third-party NavexGlobal.
- Responsible for administration, management, and oversight of EthicsPoint, which is the back-end software solution provided by NavexGlobal to manage the CAREline.
- Responsible for management of exclusion and licensure monitoring in the ProviderTrust software.
How You Will Make a Difference
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and / or improve the work environment.Provide assistance and support to multiple internal and external departments and facilities.Communicate on a consistent basis to facilities and regional staff regarding deadlines with respect to expiring, expired, and suspended clinical licenses.Monitor licensure and communicate results to relevant leaders.Monitor monthly excluded provider screening and communicating results of such reporting to relevant leaders.Monitor and track the completion of compliance exit interviews in accordance with relevant policies.Assist with compliance newsletter and tips.Assist with annual conflicts of interest process.Manage compliance intranet content.Assist with education and oversight of compliance liaisons in each skilled nursing facility.Manage all incoming channels and the CAREline by receiving and entering calls, emails, letters, etc. into EthicsPoint software system from Stakeholders and customers.Oversee user access and removal of access in EthicsPoint.Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Compliance Committee and the Board of Managers.What You Need to Make a Difference
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related healthcare customer service work experience.Minimum of three (3) years healthcare related experience in customer service, new product development and / or frontline operations.Basic knowledge of digital media, marketing and social media technology required.Ability to resolve issues of conflict in a tactful, patient, empathetic, and professional manner and to effectively diffuse irate callers.Conflict resolution and / or crisis containment skills, preferred.Unusually high Emotional Intelligence.Effective verbal and written English communication skills.Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.Our Exceptional Benefits Package and Signature Perks Include the Following and More!
