The Intersect Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical CRM Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our team and drive innovation in patient support technologies. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about transforming the healthcare journey through CRM solutions tailored to the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, integration, and administration of Salesforce Health Cloud to support patient services and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions that enhance interactions between patients, providers, payers, and third-party entities.
  • Guide technical integrations with legacy systems and EHRs to unlock and utilize patient data effectively.
  • Support onboarding and servicing processes for patients using CRM technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Part 11, and other regulatory standards in system design and data handling.
  • Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, and solution documentation across global teams.

    • Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years in full systems lifecycle management, with hands-on deployment experience in Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • 4+ years in the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
  • Proven experience supporting Patient Support Programs and CRM integrations with third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and patient journeys.
  • Familiarity with data models for legacy systems and EHRs.
  • Experience with Care Coordinator enablement and 1-to-1 patient relationship building.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, data security, and system validation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Agile, Jira, Azure DevOps) and middleware troubleshooting.
