JOB SUMMARY

Administers direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory care setting. Addresses total comprehensive needs of patients and oversees the delivery of care to a large diverse patient population. The RN initiates appropriate nursing interventions and education in conjunction with the physicians or professional healthcare providers comprehensive patient plan of care.

Job Requirements

Education : Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing (ADN, diploma, BSN)

Licensure : RN Indiana license or licensed in another state having requested endorsement in Indiana. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.

Experience : A minimum of six months current experience in the ambulatory care setting is preferred. Experience in various clinical areas is preferred.
