Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and analyze data requests from the International team, delivering concise findings to leadership.

Enhance daily technology workflows by implementing automation and optimizing data usage for greater efficiency.

Investigate and resolve user issues, collaborating with IT and other teams for effective testing and support.

Draft and update system documentation, reports, and user communications to enhance clarity and understanding.

Participate in modernization projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes that benefit Uline's International operations.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree.

1+ years of experience in an analytical role.

Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Office, and VBA; familiarity with Power BI is preferred.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment is a plus.
