Accounts Payable Analyst

A distribution company in the east Bellevue, WA area is partnering with LHH to identify a temporary Accounts Payable Analyst for their team. This role will focus on accurately processing international vendor invoices and maintaining compliance for documentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, possess strong Excel skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Also, it's preferred that the candidate stepping into this role have at least two years of previous AP experience. This role is fully onsite, but free parking is offered.

Responsibilities :

• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to validate payment accuracy.
• Audit customs-related documents and vendor invoices on a monthly basis.
• Use Excel tools such as pivot tables and lookup functions to organize and analyze financial data.
• Assist with invoice tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and support internal compliance procedures.

Experience :

Pay Details : $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
