Responsibilities

• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and ensure efficient kitchen operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
• Assist in catering events, providing exceptional service and culinary expertise.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs when necessary.
