Experienced ABA Behavior Tech - School Setting

Job Title : ABA Behavior Technician - School-Based

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Pay : Starting at $21+ / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday-Friday school hours - weekends and holidays off!

About the Role :

We’re hiring Behavior Technicians to support students with special needs in school settings. Ideal candidates have experience in home, clinic, or school environments and are comfortable working with a range of behaviors.

Responsibilities :

• Support teachers and classroom staff with behavior and instruction
• Apply ABA strategies (e.g., prompting, identifying behavior functions)
• Use data collection methods (e.g., frequency, duration)
• Review IEPs / BIPs for behavior goals
• Use visual supports (e.g., token boards, schedules)
• Assist with toileting and hygiene routines as needed

Requirements :

2+ years as a Behavior Technician or Interventionist (preferred)

2+ years ABA experience (preferred)

Experience with mild to severe behaviors and ABA therapy

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be open to fill-in per diem assignments before ongoing placement
