The Opportunity

Join EY's Oracle Services practice and play a pivotal role in managing and delivering large-scale, complex application implementations. Our Oracle Applications and Technology Services team collaborates with area offices to leverage Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications, guiding clients in understanding and implementing the core technology required to drive their business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will focus on delivering high-quality processes, solutions, and projects, with an emphasis on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include :

• Ensuring billability through chargeable work to external clients.
• Leading workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
• Managing project status and overseeing deliverable completion.
• Participating in client sessions and leading workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identifying additional service opportunities to drive sales.
• Leading RFP responses and managing engagement economics.
• Executing resource planning within budget constraints.

The base salary range for this role is $142,600 to $261,500, with variations based on location and experience, along with comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, and a flexible vacation policy.
