Position Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.Identify and prioritize target accounts, segments, and geographic regions to maximize sales opportunities.Solution Selling and Deal Making : Serve as the primary point of contact for key pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to address them.Lead negotiations and contract discussions, leveraging a consultative sales approach to drive successful deal closures.Market Segmentation and Product Marketing : Segment the market and tailor sales strategies and messaging to effectively reach different customer segments.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted product marketing campaigns and materials.Clinical Trial Software Expertise : Deep understanding of clinical trial software solutions and the ability to articulate the value proposition to prospective clients.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and implementation, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.Act as a player / coach, providing mentorship and guidance to sales team members while actively contributing to sales efforts.Driving Change and Revenue Growth : Drive organizational change and innovation to continuously improve sales processes and effectiveness.Focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share through new customer acquisition and upselling to existing customers.Experience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or clinical trial software industry.Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including familiarity with sites, sponsors, and CROs.Proven track record of success in solution selling and deal making, with experience driving revenue growth in a small-stage company environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.Experience selling Platform SaaS solutions in the Clinical Trial Space.Curiosity and drive to stay informed about industry trends and developments, with a passion for driving change and internalizing the benefits of innovative solutions.Compensation $200k, Highly competitive Health / Dental / PTO / 401K
