Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing and collections for our organization. This role is 100% onsite in San Francisco and requires strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling financial transactions. Generate and process customer invoices in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments. Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts. Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies. Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed.

Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting role
• Strong understanding of billing and collections processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
