Hiring a full-time medical assistant / front desk receptionist- responsibilities include- scheduling, referrals, authorizations, triage and intake patient histories, administer and store vaccinations, perform labs- must have medical office experience dealing with patients, parents, employees, and insurance reps - willing to work daytime, evenings, and weekends per rotating schedule. Be familiar with EMR, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
