JOB SUMMARY

Provide competent and accurate pharmacist service in the acute care setting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education : See License and Certification.

Experience : None

Knowledge and Skills : Competent to provide prescribed medications and drug information as needed to ensure adequate patient care according to professional standards / practices and hospital policy / procedures.

License and Certifications : Current, valid Pharmacist license to practice pharmacy in the state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.

Equipment : Computer; Equipment related to the compounding of pharmaceuticals.

Physical Requirements : Able to perform the essential physical duties as noted on the job description.

PAY RANGE

$58.35 - $87.53

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
