The Reports & Insights Team empowers data-driven decision-making within our organization. We are committed to delivering meaningful insights that drive continuous improvement and optimize performance across all operational areas. The Reports & Insights team owns and manages operational metrics and develops robust reporting systems and analytical insights to ensure accuracy, actionability, and timeliness of information. Our focus is on fostering collaboration, innovation, and efficiency for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning. Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline recurring operational tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and platform teams to improve systems integration and data flow between platforms (. workflow tools and databases).
• Build, design, and monitor reporting tools that surface key metrics and operational insights. These may include data related to efficiency and quality performance in moderation teams.
• Develop and maintain scalable data workflows (. Scheduled SQL queries, Python scripts or RPA bots).
• Create and maintain data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams.
• Partner with management and / or internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve automation, scalability, and data accessibility in operations.
