SAP Application Lead (System Implementation & Operational Support)

This position is responsible for leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining application systems to meet user needs.

• What will you do :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation
• Strong English communication skills to support customers, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team
• Strong leadership skills
• Collaborates well with team and project members
• Ability to work well with a team as well as individually
• Ability to be a good team player with great communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
• Required Qualifications & Skills :
• Project management experience
• Non-Japanese vendor management experience
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Analytical skills with regard to requirements analysis, maintenance,and troubleshooting

• SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP Certification
