The Raytheon Connected Factory Intelligence team is seeking an experienced Product Owner. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of software products that align with the organization's strategic goals. The candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between the product's vision and its execution by creating a detailed backlog of user stories, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define features, and ensure successful product delivery. This role will be a critical technical liaison between the 3 manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should possess experience in seamlessly integrating solutions across various sites.

This position is an ONSITE role at either our Andover, MA; Forest, MS; McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ sites

What You Will Do

• Develop a concept of operations on how the product should function and define specific product features​
• Product backlog management : create Product definition​s, features and capabilities based on customer requirements, define the product backlog and create actionable user stories for the development teams​
• Design products with a focus on cost-effectiveness and rapid time-to-market across different sectors
• Product delivery : Participate in spring plannings, reviews and retrospectives and act as the voice of the customer within the development team
• Develop product launch plans and marketing strategies
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics
• Gather customer feedback and usage metrics and monitor product’s performance KPIs
• Responsible for Product’s documentation
• Expected to Travel 25% of the time.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
