Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. Manage outsourcing pipelines and vendor relationships when applicable. Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions. Maintain clear communication channels and provide consistent updates to stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards for both creative and technical requirements. 3+ years of professional experience in project management within the gaming industry (PC, console, or mobile). Strong understanding of game art development pipelines and workflows (concept, illustrations, 3D, animation, etc). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, Trello). Experience working with cross-functional and / or global teams. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Game Design, or a related field. Experience managing external development partners, outsourcing studios, or freelance contributors. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint planning. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git) and digital asset management (DAM) tools. PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus.

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with proven experience in the gaming art industry. In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of game projects, ensuring alignment with creative vision, technical requirements, and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Art, Design, QA, and external partners, to keep projects on track and deliverables at the highest quality.
