What Youll Do

Youll lead hardware development for our next?generation Blue Bud prototype, a compact, intelligent hardware system combining audio, video capture, and local processing. Your job is to turn concept into working hardware : fast prototyping, circuit design, assembly, testing, and scaling toward manufacturable design. In short : youll own everything from breadboards to EVT prototypes, working closely with our firmware, AI, and manufacturing and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and iterate PCBs integrating
• USB?C video capture and PD
• Audio (mic array, ADC, DSP)
• Low?power wake?word chip / MCU
• Rapidly prototype and bring up boards (soldering, debugging, logic analysis).
• Collaborate with firmware and ID teams to integrate mechanical + electrical systems.
• Test, validate, and prepare DFM / EVT documentation for manufacturing partners.
• Source components, work with vendors, and ensure prototypes are ready for user testing.
