About You

The Director of Workplace Strategy is responsible for helping develop workplace strategies for clients that are driven by the client's business and cultural objectives. You will help the Workplace Advisory team deliver workplace strategies, pre-design services, high level programming, deliverables, business case development, and contribute to thought leadership.

In this role, you will

• Lead discreet parts of workplace strategy development projects
• Gather and analyze data, draw conclusions, and summarize findings and recommendations into easy-to-understand presentations to clients.
• Lead focus groups and interviews with clients
• Develop and deliver final reports and work products to clients
• Present deliverables to clients in meetings and workshops.
• Conduct primary and secondary research

Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive / foster parents) of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

Approximate Salary Range for Role : $130,850 to $140,000
