Sanitation Supervisor

Purpose and Scope / General Summary : We are looking for a 1st Shift Sanitation Supervisor for JBS located in Mason Ohio.

Position Overview : We are currently seeking a highly organized and hands-on individual to join our organization as a Sanitation Operations Supervisor. As a Sanitation Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sanitation activities at our facility ensuring compliance with regulations maintaining cleanliness training employees and prioritizing safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Sanitation Supervisor :

Supervise and actively participate in the execution of daily sanitation activities including cleaning sanitizing waste management and pest control to ensure compliance with established procedures and schedules.

Train and mentor sanitation staff on proper sanitation procedures equipment operation safety protocols and personal hygiene practices.

Champion a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety guidelines policies and procedures within the sanitation team.

Implement quality control measures to ensure sanitation processes meet established standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
