Grain Operations Manager

We currently have

an

opportunity for a Grain Operations Manager at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Nampa , AB . As a Grain Operations Manager you will assist in overseeing the facility and equipment ensuring the plant operates within corporate standards.

Responsibilities :

Manage and direct facility plant operations, staff and activities

Participates in policy development and implementation of new policies

Coordinate the logistics of grain which includes purchasing, receiving, shipping, handling and grading

Supports the recruitment and selection of staff

Qualifications :

Degree or Diploma in Agriculture / Business and / or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Agriculture industry

Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and organization skills

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

High level understanding of business acumen with a strong focus on customer service
