About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the growth of its revenue engine within the adtech / martech ecosystem. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving sales strategy, execution, and results, with a focus on scaling the sales organization to meet and exceed revenue targets. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, particularly in the marketing technology, data, or enterprise SaaS sectors, and a strong background in enterprise account-based selling. The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, defining and executing go-to-market strategies, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. Cross-functional leadership is essential, as the role involves collaboration with marketing, product, and channel partners to ensure a cohesive approach to the market. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have at least 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to scale sales organizations and a deep understanding of the sales process, including forecasting, and sales operations. A strong background in partner-led growth and a metrics-driven, process-oriented approach are also required. The role calls for an inspirational leader with a coaching-first mindset, capable of recruiting and developing top sales talent. While not mandatory, knowledge of the marketing and advertising ecosystem, particularly in the areas of metadata and data management, is a strong plus.
