Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align organizational goals with people strategies
Provide coaching on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
Lead employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of progressive HRBP experience
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation-driven environments
Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations and performance management
Experience in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees in a global workforce
