About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide essential support to the CEO and act as a key liaison with executive leadership and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on and collaborating in strategic projects, preparing materials for important meetings, and managing the CEO's complex schedule. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to lead special projects, enhance the CEO's office image, and support the strategic planning process. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in monitoring key performance indicators, and data analytics, and facilitating various activities, including those related to the family office. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. The role demands a high level of professionalism, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management tools is required. While not mandatory, an advanced degree in a business or healthcare-related field, experience in behavioral healthcare, and a background in budget oversight and internal process development are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating both internal and external resources and have experience in board and external communications.
