HR Generalist

Summary :

PVEDI is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the Human Resource function in our Houston office. This role plays a key part in advancing PVEDI's people-centered culture by supporting a range of HR functions that promote collaboration, growth, and operational excellence. This position directly supports the Architecture team and serves as the first point of contact for HR matters. With a team of approximately 40+ staff, this is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is ready to multi-task, expand their knowledge base, and grow into a management role.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Working knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, recruitment & staffing, benefits, and immigration.
• Proficiency with professional employment organizations (PEO), performance management tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in an on-site work environment.
