Viking Partners is looking for a skilled Vice President of Capital Markets to join our team.

The Vice President of Capital Markets will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth strategy by leading our capital markets activities. This unique position requires a highly strategic and analytical leader with deep expertise in real estate finance and equity structuring.
Key Responsibilities :
Capital Markets :
- Lead the company’s capital markets strategy, focusing on equity structuring for new and existing properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial brokers, institutions, investors, and other capital partners.
- Cultivate our existing individual investor base and grow the high-net-worth platform with both RIA and individual investors.
- Oversee the capital stack for each acquisition.
- Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a database of high-net-worth and institutional investors that matches varying levels of investment return criteria.
