Material Program Manager (MPM)

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) who will be responsible for managing supply chain tasks in support of the Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) production portfolio located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. As a Material Program Manager, you will be the liaison between the program and the supply base, working to ensure material requirements are met for a franchise production program. The selected candidate will be a key member of a specific Hardware Management Team (HMT) as the supply chain lead, working to develop and support material strategies for key factories / value streams within the program.

• Propose innovative business solutions to complex problems or areas of improvement

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
