Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and board audiences. Hands‑on, detail‑oriented leader comfortable operating in a mid‑size business. MBA or related advanced degree. 5+ years of CFO or VP Finance experience. Experience in software, manufacturing, or industrial sectors (e.g., oil & gas, utilities). Exposure to M&A, due diligence, and integration processes. Strategic thinker with a bias for action and collaboration. Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution. Values‑driven—humility, service, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Administration
- Lead all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, audit, and compliance functions.
- Manage ERP systems, financial integrations, and relationships with external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning, and internal controls.
- Develop business cases for expansion, capital investments, and acquisitions.
- Lead profitability and cost‑reduction initiatives across the organization.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to the CEO, leadership team, and board.
