Part-Time Office Manager
Location : Smyrna GA
Schedule : 25 hours a week flexible schedule
Summary :
Were looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This person will ensure our workspace runs efficiently manage office supplies and mail coordinate lunches and team events and provide light executive assistance to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented resourceful and enjoys creating an organized welcoming environment.
Responsibilities :
Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of the office space
Manage office inventory and restock supplies as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries
Coordinate catering orders office lunches and team meetings
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and building management
Assisting executives with calendar management travel booking and expense reporting
Support planning of small company events or celebrations
Handle ad hoc administrative projects as needed
Requirements :
2 years of office management administrative or executive assistant experience
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and / or Google Workspace
Positive can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset
