Communications Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Communications Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the execution of communication strategies that enhance Sonar Spark’s internal and external presence. You will collaborate across departments to craft compelling messages, coordinate information flow, and ensure brand consistency in all communications.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and editing corporate communications, reports, and presentations.

Support internal communication efforts to promote company culture and engagement.

Coordinate the preparation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and announcements.

Maintain up-to-date records of communication materials and media coverage.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and professional brand messaging.

Provide administrative support for communication initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with digital communication tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
