In this pivotal role, you will oversee and inspire a dedicated team of Donation and Family Advocates. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our advocacy efforts, driving innovation, and excellence to maximize our impact in the community to help save lives and ensure that they provide compassionate support to donor families through the donation process.

This role requires traveling throughout Nebraska and working outside of typical office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support donor families and employees across the state.
