Highlights of the Medication Aide Position :

• Medication Management : Safely administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and our community’s policies, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.
• Health Monitoring : Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needed.
• Personalized Care : Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including support with hygiene, mobility, and ensuring comfort.
• Building Connections : Develop meaningful relationships with residents, contributing to their happiness, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Supportive Environment : Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals, contributing to a welcoming, safe, and homelike atmosphere for our residents.

What do you need to be a Medication Aide at our Community?

While previous experience in medication administration or a healthcare setting is highly valued, it's not required. We seek individuals with a positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow in the senior healthcare field. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and support, including certification for medication administration if needed.
