The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Coordinator at Ulteig for the Power Lifeline Sector. At Ulteig, the Project Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day execution of engineering projects. This role involves administrative responsibilities and a focus on maintaining effective project controls.

What You'll Do

Project Coordination & Administration

• Complete project setup, maintenance, and closeout within the system of record
• Provide administrative support for contract management, including reviewing and tracking contract deliverables
• Facilitate communication within project teams to ensure smooth project operations
• Assist Project Managers and other stakeholders with general responsibilities and tasks as delegated

Collaboration & Support

Process & Documentation Management

Scheduling & Cost Planning

Additional Opportunity Details :

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $67,000 - $90,600

This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 60 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
