Assistant Front Office Manager (PM Shift)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our hotel team as an Assistant Front Office Manager . In this role you will support the Front Office Manager with daily operations administrative responsibilities and ensuring an exceptional guest experience during PM shifts and overnight / night audit shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Front Office Manager with scheduling training and staff development
• Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain smooth communication between departments to ensure excellent service
• Oversee daily reports and assist with administrative tasks
• Previous front desk or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lead a team with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
• Pushing bending stooping upward reaching manual dexterity.
• Hearing writing typing.
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.
