Classified - Information Technology Specialist I- Full-Time

Description : We are seeking a skilled and reliable and dedicated Information Technology Specialist I to our join our Technology team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and maintenance of the districts computer and data systems. The Specialist will deliver expert troubleshooting and maintenance support for a wide array of devices including Macintosh Windows and Chromebook and all audiovisual equipment. This role will also include supporting the helpdesk system by assigning routing and monitoring open tickets via softare and phone calls; faciliting the timely report of district hardware for both students and staff; and developing and or providing necessary training and technical support to end-users. Additionaly the position will support troubleshoot and install network hardware and wiring across the district buildings to ensure maximum uptime.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated knowledge of desktop systems databases Personal Computers (PC) software applications and networking principles.
• Skilled in both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Exceptional customer service organizational and prioritization skills
• Must have own reliable transportation to drive to different district buildings.
