Retail Environments Lead – Global Brand Creative

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Columbia Brand Creative team is focused on delivering a compelling look feel voice and tone that reflect the companys values and evolution of brand perception. Within this role you will progress creative concepts through hands on development of spatial design fixtures print and graphic production in collaboration with Marketing Design and Innovation teams.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE

Develop retail toolkits and tactics that inform and guide global partners.

Support internal and external design partners in production design.

Present and communicate ideas with excellent visualization (graphics styling mockups and animation) to colleagues and executives.

Develop strategic solutions on a global scale that ensure continuity and innovative ways to elevate brand presence in environments.

Own the concept progression and output of seasonal retail and graphics ensuring timelines and creative needs are met.

Collaborate with an amazing team providing clear communication and insight into challenges opportunities and achievements.

YOU ARE

Demonstrated expertise in graphic design architecture design industrial design environmental design or related field.

A strong communicator who can work effectively with both creative and cross-functional teams.

Skilled at problem-solving and adapting quickly to changing circumstances.

Knowledgeable of trends in color design art manufacturing development and architecture and the ability to utilize them in an on-brand way.

Collaborative but also capable.

YOUHAVE

5 years experience leading creative execution or conception for consumer brands in retail environments.

Expert knowledge on creative graphic output for print production.

Proficiency in computer design tools (SketchUp Rhino Cinema 4D Adobe Creative Suite).

A strong portfolio of work that clearly showcases your specific involvement and abilities.

The ability to travel globally 10-20% of the time.
