Robinson Sotheby’s International Realty , one of the region’s most respected luxury real estate brokerages, is seeking a high-level Executive Real Estate Assistant to support one of the top agents in Ohio during a temporary assignment beginning in early December. This role is ideal for a highly skilled real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and can operate independently with exceptional polish and discretion.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide advanced MLS research and data support
  • Assist with transaction coordination , documentation, timelines, and compliance
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence
  • Support daily operations with high-level administrative and organizational expertise
  • Collaborate smoothly with top-producing agents and clients in a luxury environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior real estate experience (strongly preferred)
  • An active real estate license (highly valued)
  • Mastery of professional communication and client-service etiquette
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines

    • Compensation & Schedule

  • A highly competitive compensation structure— well above the earnings of most real-estate professionals
  • Monday–Friday schedule, typically 9 : 30 AM–6 : 30 PM with a one-hour lunch
  • Additional hours may be needed occasionally
  • Work environment is upscale, supportive, and professional
