Automation Personnel Services, Inc. specializes in providing light industrial employees to a variety of customers. Light industrial workers fill various customer needs in warehousing, plastics manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, assembly and production lines for various products, distribution centers, and other labor-intensive manpower needs. What A Staffing Recruiter Will Do :

  • Recruiting
  • Applicant screening
  • Interviewing
  • Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
  • Counseling employees
  • Listening to and applying constructive criticism

Youll Be Successful Because You Have :

  • Great Customer Service
  • Awesome communication skills
  • Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to think "outside of the box".
  • Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
  • Previous staffing experience a plus
  • Prefer candidate with Inside Sales and / or Recruiting experience.

  • Hourly pay of $20.00 / HR based on experience.

    • Things A Staffing Recruiter Should Know :

  • Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings or late evenings when needed)
  • Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed
