Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

An established construction firm based in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to support project execution across commercial interior construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of experience in the field and a passion for contributing to high-quality builds in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and institutional food service.

The Project Manager will have various day-to-day operations to ensure successful and timely delivery of construction projects. The position involves close coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all project documentation, including contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Track and manage drawing histories, current drawing logs, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation.
• Support procurement efforts including subcontractor buyout and materials coordination.
• Scheduling tasksdeveloping, monitoring, and updating project timelines.
• Track work quantities installed and assess project progress for compliance with specs, safety, and quality.
• Participate in project forecasting, change order processing, and project team communication.
• Maintain the project directory and act as a liaison between the project team, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
