Head Of Information Operations & Insights

We are seeking a remote Head of Information Operations & Insights to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Insights & Business Impact : Translate ICP / TAM segmentation into structured, actionable datasets that enable smarter targeting and improved conversion rates.
• Partner with Product and Analytics teams to operationalize predictive and propensity models.
• Deliver insights that directly improve lead prioritization, sales productivity, and downstream GTM performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the single point of accountability for information delivery outcomes.
• Work closely with Operations, Systems, and xDR teams to ensure alignment with pipeline and campaign priorities.
• Anticipate risks, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
• People Leadership : Lead and develop a 20-person team including Leads, QA Specialists, and Information Agents.
• Set clear KPIs, oversee performance management, and implement training and development programs.
• Build a high-performance culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee daily execution of 50+ builds across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Launchpad, and Televerified.
• Uphold rigorous quality standards in information enrichment, accuracy, and deduplication.
• Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Strategic Operations & Innovation : Design and evolve the information operations framework, including process architecture and resource planning.
• Establish and maintain a centralized library of templates and taxonomies to promote consistency and reuse.
• Continuously improve systems and practices to support long-term growth and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience :

$4,600 - $5,800 a month
