The Manager of Outpatient Services is responsible for the clinical oversight for all outpatient therapy services. In addition to providing quality patient care, the Manger oversees all activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, working with business development to market the program. This goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials develop new business, and to provide leadership and quality patient care.

Qualifications
Education :
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, social work, or a related field of mental health.
Experience :
Five (5) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
