The Role :

This is a high-leverage, strategic leadership role that turns finance from a reporting function into a decision-making engine. You'll build a scalable financial operating system, partner cross-functionally to set and manage departmental targets, and ensure Alabaster runs on clarity, accountability, and sound financial discipline.

You'll balance strategic FP&A leadership with hands-on execution, translating numbers into insights, aligning teams to goals, and ensuring our growth remains sustainable and mission-driven.
