Job Opportunity : Off Site Information Validation Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Off Site Information Validation Clerk to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data processed outside of our primary locations. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality information standards, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operational excellence from a remote setting.

Key Objectives :

  • Accurately review and validate data received from various off-site sources.
  • Ensure data consistency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality processes.
  • Maintain organized records of validation activities and report findings as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform thorough checks on incoming data to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and report inconsistencies or errors in data submissions.
  • Communicate effectively with data providers and internal stakeholders to clarify information.
  • Update and maintain validation logs and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on data quality issues.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidelines at all times.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in data validation, quality control, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an off-site environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
