Summary : This position serves as the Administrative Coordinator to the Director of Hematopathology. The Administrative Coordinator is a key point of contact for operating functions such as office management, mail services, coordination of program meetings and facilities, management and implementation of some follow-up items from planning meetings, maintaining administrative oversight of meeting schedules in a highly dynamic and complex academic setting. The Administrative Coordinator manages routine office administrative functions, as well as provides high-level programmatic support in developing and organizing clinical programs for the Department of Neurology across all Penn Medicine entities.

Education or Equivalent Experience : Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) + 5+ years Administrative and financial support.
