    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage team schedules, productivity, and task delegation
  • Coach and support team members on individual performance goals
  • Monitor and report on sales targets and service metrics
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures
  • Foster a positive team environment and high-performance culture
  • Serve as the agent’s right hand in driving agency success

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience (insurance industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead a team toward meeting goals and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in office systems, CRMs, and task management tools
  • Must have Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
