Thur 09 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques where appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.

Carry a company-authorized firearm while on duty, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal protocols.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious activity.

Complete detailed incident reports and document observations as required by site protocols.

Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and / or customers, providing assistance and information as needed.

Support access control measures and verify identification as required by site procedures.

Remain alert to unusual activities and / or situations, promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

Possess an armed guard card or license as required by state and / or local laws and regulations.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
