What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 2 years of property management experience in multi-family housing
  • Knowledge of Section 8 tenancy a plus
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Proficient in leasing, marketing strategies, and rent collections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Entrata is a plus
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building resident satisfaction

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations and financial performance of the property
  • Maintain high occupancy rates and low delinquency
  • Supervise and support office and maintenance staff
  • Manage budgets and control operating expenses
  • Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting
