Professional Recruiting Manager Retail Buyer

Location : Massachusetts

Job Type : Permanent

Compensation Range : $125,000 $175,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends.
  • Source and buy merchandise across a variety of categories.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize goals.
  • Collaborate cross?functionally to execute merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Buying or Merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and decision?making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to problem?solving.
  • Bachelor's degree.
