Position Type : Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours Weekly

Position Summary :

The Engineering Maintenance Technician 1 will Investigate building systems and document operational data; and prepare recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs, and evaluations. This work is performed under the Engineering Project Manager's general supervision and under engineers' technical oversight.

REQUIRED

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years related work experience can be substituted for education on a 2 : 1 basis.
• Specific training in the area of expertise (engineering and / or maintenance discipline), such training may be at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization.
• Advanced current knowledge of seven specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal and regulatory stipulations and codes.

Salary Range : Minimum 28.05 per hour - Maximum 46.31 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
