Setting : Primary Care outpatient clinic

Reason for Coverage : Gap until permanent PCP is hired

Need : Long-term FM PCP starting mid-December 2025

Target Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025

Duration : 26+ weeks, likely through JulyAugust 2026

Schedule : 45 days / week (5 days preferred)

Call : None

EMR : Epic

Average Daily Census : 1820 adult patients Required CredentialsLicensure

Active, unrestricted California medical license REQUIRED

DEA REQUIRED

BLS or ACLS REQUIRED Experience

Minimum 2 years outpatient primary care experience REQUIRED

Epic outpatient charting experience REQUIRED Board Status

Board Certification Preferred (not required) Clinical Details

Patient Population : Adults

Procedures : Ideally able to perform common outpatient IM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)

Equipment : Standard outpatient primary care equipment Support Staff
