Project Manager (Federal JOC / IDIQ)
Manage and oversee JOC / IDIQ construction projects from initiation to completion in Houston. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Monitor project budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Promote safety and quality standards across all project sites.
